Joseph P. Miler, Esq.

Joe earned his Juris Doctorate from Liberty University School of Law in 2008. While attending Liberty, Joe had the privilege to extern for the Honorable Michael H. Watson, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Ohio.  Joe also taught Street Law to underprivileged youth, served a term as Vice President of the Student Bar Association and was a charter member on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.  In addition to the above, Joe spent three years volunteering as a reader and writer to blind and disabled residents at Runk and Pratt Assisted Living Facility in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Joe is active in a number of professional organizations including the Allegany County Bar Association, a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of Erie County. Joe believes that every client relationship starts with dignity, integrity and respect.

Joe moved to beautiful Allegany County, New York in the spring of 2008.  He currently resides in the Village of Cuba with his wife, Stephanie, daughter, Amelia, and son, JD.
